The committee operates on a July 1 - June 30 fiscal year. Proposals may be submitted at any time, but they are reviewed semiannually, in November and March. The submission deadlines for the two rounds of evaluation for the 2026-27 cycle will be in late fall and early spring.

The Committee will consider grants up to $7,500. Barring extraordinary circumstances, organizations are asked to limit their requests to one per fiscal year (July 1 through the following June 30).
