Frank Conroy was the director of the 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ Writers' Workshop at the University of 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ from 1987 to 2005. He was the author of Midair and Stop-Time, and his short stories and articles appeared in numerous publications.
